In a recent interview with iGN Mr. Miyamoto mentioned that Majora's Mask 3D is still in consideration, but they are trying to decide if they want to remake it, or perhaps remake A Link to the Past instead. I would love to see both of them, but if we can have only one it needs to be Majora's Mask.

So Zelda fans, now is your biggest chance to let Nintendo know that we support Majora's Mask 3D! It's time to make sure they know we aren't going to settle for another game, this is the one we want, this is the game we have been asking for for almost a year. Right now our opinions can really make a difference, it's because of us, the fans that gathered in support, that Majora's Mask 3D is still in consideration, and now is the time to give them a final shove. It is time for action.

This is it, Miyamoto says they will be letting us know their plans soon, the final hours are upon us and it could be our last chance to show them we are serious. Let's bring Majora's Mask to the 3DS!

Things have been pretty quiet lately. The last word we got from Mr. Aonuma, as you probably remember, was that Majora's Mask 3D, if released, won't be out before a new Zelda game for the 3DS. He knows we want it, but he said we have to wait. And we can wait. But we also need to remind Nintendo that just because we're waiting doesn't mean we aren't still interested.

And so this contest is simple. Create something that will advertise Majora's Mask 3D/Operation Moonfall.

It can be an illustration, it can be 3D modeling, animation, cosplay, a poster made with official images (absolutely NO art theft, however), a fake commercial, a song--we are accepting anything that you create yourself for this contest.

The contest is open to anyone who is a part of Operation Moonfall, you are not required to join DA to enter, all fans of the Operation Moonfall Facebook page are welcome to join. We do ask that if you enter you please be willing to give me your street address, because if you win I will need a way to send you your prize.

As for the prizes, they will be as follows:

Three third place winners will receive Operation Moonfall buttons.

The second place winner will get a button and a Majora's Mask pendent.

And the first prize is a button, a pendent, and a 3DS case featuring Majora's Mask and Skull Kid. (the case can be seen here: [link]

It's December! The collab goes until the end of this month, but if you want the date extended we can work something out, I want this to be fun and not a source of stress for anyone!

So far we've had some people send in their pictures, which you can see below, and I thank you guys for being early As for everyone else, take your time and just get them to us when you're done! But remember, the sooner we get everyone's piece the faster we can put this together.

We are still accepting people if you want to participate. Pick a character who is not listed below and request them in a note to the club. We're looking for people interested in drawing anyone from the Bombers' Notebook who's not already on the list.

As for who's drawing who, that's a secret to everyone else. You'll see the characters as they're posted but you won't know who to expect them from

For your picture please use full color and a transparent background if possible (white if not). If you can, digital art is preferred, but traditional art is fine if it's colored! Draw your character's entire body.

Also, in some relevant news, our fellow fan Campaign, Operation Rainfall, had a victory today when Nintendo announced the US localization of Xenoblade Chronicles! What does this mean for us? Well, it means if you live in the US you'll get to play that game, but it's also a positive sign that campaigns like ours can reach the people who make decisions at Nintendo. It's very encouraging!

We know that Aonuma has already acknowledged us, so now we just have to make sure he knows we're serious. Keep up the show of support and Operation Moonfall might be a success as well!

Today, October 26th, marks the 11th Anniversary of the US release of Majora's Mask! Can you believe it? How long have you had Majora's Mask, if you've play it at all? Did you pre-order it and get the holographic cartridge? Or did you play it for the first time on Game Cube or Wii? Or are you hoping to get to play it for the first time on the 3DS? Share some of your memories!

Collaboration Project

So far we have 25 people, if we make it to 30 we'll have enough to do most of the main characters from each region.

We really need someone to draw the goron elder's son in particular, but keep submitting offers for any of the characters, be them from the main quest, side quest, or really obscure.

You will have a lot of time to finish your part of the collab, we won't put this together until after winter break. Please consider joining in! The more characters and participants the better it will look

Most people are requesting we do characters rather than masks and that was the original plan, so let's try to make it to 30.

We're going to start a new project, this time it's not a contest, but a group picture and we could have over 100 people participating if that many want to.

This was suggested by member ~Marios-Tri4ce.

The idea is a collaboration picture, and depending on the response we'll do either every character in the game or every mask that Link collects. If we get more than 24 people who want to participate then we'll do characters, if not, we'll do masks. If we get enough to do both characters and all the masks we'll do that. We'll also need people to create the background, and exactly what it will look like depends on the size of the response.

So I want you to tell us if you're interested in participating so we can get a head count! Send us a note titled "Collab" so I can keep track of everyone.

The finished collaboration will be featured on the Operation Moonfall Facebook page!

Right now most of the main quest characters have at least one persona offering to draw them. If we get over 30 people we'll start to add more and finish the Bombers' Notebook characters. Tell people you know about this, anyone is welcome to join in.

Also, please send us a list of what characters you would be interested in drawing. I'll do my best to get you one of your choices! (You may simply reply to your note you sent to sign up or send a new one) First come first served, those who have joined or do join this week will get top picks. I'll be giving the early sign-ups their characters sooner, but we'll be accepting people for a while so don't hesitate if you want to join! At the end of the week I'll post which characters are taken.
